Rebuilding America uses the example Indianapolis, once America’s richest city and an early leader in all things American, has set in reinventing itself with greenways. As home to Diamond Chain (all motors require chain), Indy was arguably the leader of the Industrial Revolution. By the 1970s when many of its industries went off shore, however, it was in a state of ruin.
